Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if any).
We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.

How to Return an Item?

Follow these easy steps:

1) Log in to the system

2) Go to My Account - Orders

3) Click the 'Return Item(s)' button for selected transaction order.

4) Choose the quantity of the item(s) and submit form accordingly.

5) Our customer service respresentative will contact you as soon as possible.
